Rayport Advisory Inc. (hereinafter “our company”) sets out this privacy policy (hereinafter “Policy”) regarding the handling of customers’ personal information in the services provided on this website (hereinafter “Services”) as follows.

13. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, we will, in principle, not disclose any information other than personal information such as history information and characteristic information.

14. If a customer’s personal information held by us is incorrect, the customer may request us to correct, add or delete the personal information (hereinafter “Correction, etc.”) by the procedures prescribed by us.

15. If we determine that it is necessary to respond to such a request, we will promptly make Corrections, etc. to the relevant personal information.

16. When we have made Corrections, etc. or decided not to make Corrections, etc. based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, we will notify the user without delay.

Article 9 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information)

17. If we are requested by a customer to suspend or delete the use (hereinafter “Suspension of Use, etc.”) of personal information on the grounds that the personal information is handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or that it has been obtained by fraudulent means, we will conduct the necessary investigation without delay.

18. Based on the results of the investigation, if we determine that it is necessary to comply with such a request, we will promptly carry out Suspension of Use, etc. of the relevant personal information.

19. When we have implemented or decided not to implement Suspension of Use, etc. based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, we will notify the customer without delay.

Article 10 (Changes to Privacy Policy)

Except as otherwise provided by laws or this Policy, the content of this Policy may be changed. Unless otherwise specified by us, the revised Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.

Article 11 (Use of Cookies)
